Cocosa’s buyers travel the world to find the most covetable fashion, footwear and accessories for their style conscious members, giving them access to designer discounts which only fashion insiders have previously enjoyed.

Cocosa’s business model is unique, requiring a completely bespoke solution. Stock is received from numerous British and international luxury brands and is only available for sale for a very limited period due to extremely high demand. Cocosa chose Amethyst for our demonstrable ability to respond well to a wide variety of product and peak activity, whilst being able to consistently deliver the customer experience appropriate to the high end brand.

Working closely with Cocosa, Amethyst’s project team integrated our warehouse management system with Cocosa’s stock control and e-commerce systems to create a slick systems solution. At the same time we tailor-made detailed operating procedures for each part of their fulfilment process to guarantee the best standards in intake, storage, luxury packing, despatch and returns processing, the end result being a competitively priced, end to end solution.

Cocosa’s sales have grown very rapidly month on month since launch in October 2008.
